The College Art Gallery Collaborative (CAGC) will host its annual Fall Art Tour Friday, Oct. 15, 5-9 p.m., sponsored by the Associated Colleges of the Twin Cities (ACTC).

Comprised of nine college and university galleries in the Twin Cities, CAGC members offer special hours, music and events to give students and art lovers easy access to a variety of exhibitions. Buses shuttle guests among the nine locations free-of-charge.

This year’s Fall Art Tour coincides with the Mid American Print Council Conference being held in the Twin Cities, Oct. 13-17 at the University of Minnesota.

More buses to transport guests to the fun
Due to the growing popularity of the event, the Fall Art Tour bus schedule will split the tour into two routes: east and west.

The hub for buses is the University of St. Thomas at the entrance to parking lot G at Cleveland Avenue between Portland and Ashland. Free parking is available in the Anderson Ramp at the southwest corner of Cretin and Grand and additional parking is available in St. Thomas parking lots with red and yellow permit signs.

An east route is will depart from the University of St. Thomas and visit St. Catherine University, Macalester College, Concordia University and the College of Visual Arts.

The west route departs St. Thomas and travels to Augsburg College, the Katherine Nash Gallery at the University of Minnesota, Bethel University and Northwestern College.
