Each year, more than 200 students at St. Catherine University study abroad. The 2014–15 academic year was no different — 207 students went to 24 countries — and many of them returned with photos.

The Office of Global Studies received 86 entries for its annual spring Study Abroad Photo Contest. The images offer a peek at the sights or experiences students encountered in 18 countries, including Guatemala, India and South Africa.

Winning entries were judged on artistic merit and the winners received cash prizes.
