St. Kate's faculty members discussed nursing, radiation and the astronomical aspects of Easter in April in Minnesota media.

Nurse program director discusses jobs

Marlene Wuethrich, director of the neonatal nurse practitioner master's degree program in the Henrietta Schmoll School of Health, was quoted in the Star Tribune’s career feature, “Huge Demand for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.”

Professor shares Chernobyl story 

Alan Bode, radiography program director and associate professor in the Henrietta Schmoll School of Health, shared his experiences touring the Chernobyl nuclear accident site in Russia with students at Riverland Community College, Austin, MN. The talk was covered by local TV station, KAAL-TV, in the story, "Nuclear Disaster Expert Speaks at Local College."

Physics Department Chair illuminates Easter

Terry Flower, Ph.D., answered the WCCO-TV’s “Good Question” earlier this month that asked "Why is Easter so late this year?"
