Professor named among "Influential 20"
Baking Management’s “Influential 20” has named Professor Emerita Julie Miller Jones, Ph.D. to its 2011 list.
The list recognizes professionals who have help shape the baking industry and honors educators, associations and influencers across the globe.
Judi Adams, president of the Grain Foods Foundation and Wheat Foods Council, praised Jones in the magazine, “She knows grains nutrition better than most anyone and is always available to help the industry. She is currently chairing the Whole Grains Working Group, which is no small task."
Dr. Jones is a distinguished scholar of food and nutrition and professor emerita in the St. Kate's Department of Family, Consumer and Nutritional Sciences.
