Four other Minnesota schools made the Top 50 including Hamline University (13), Augsburg College (20), Bethel University (27) and University of Minnesota–Duluth (46).

College Choice’s rankings are based exclusively on factors reported by first-year students as important to their college decision, including academic reputation, financial aid offerings, overall cost, and success of graduates in the post-college job market. These factors were weighted equally and data was derived from a variety of publicly available sources, including U.S. News & World Report, the National Center for Education Statistics, and PayScale.
